Really, you can not ask for more talented massage therapists and better massages than at Healthy By Intention.  I have had massages at some well-known spas in other parts of the U.S. and overseas, and the folks at Healthy By Intention are right up there at the very top. Whether it is for a problem area or general relaxation, you will find serious professional help. My husband and I have been regulars here for years. We have never had a bad massage, although we often claim to have had our 'best' massage too many times to count! I would not hesitate to have a massage with any therapist here; they are all good with their own special 'touches.' (No, I'm not getting paid to write this, but we do buy packages.

Healthy by Intention has certainly offered 'perfect' services to my husband and myself. Amy and Rick, the massage therapists we have seen, are professional, caring, thorough and very skilled. At one point I was regularly going to physical therapy for a hamstring injury. After a session with Amy, the physical therapist was so impressed with the healing I had experienced, he wanted a card so he could refer patients!

In addition, they have done a great job in making the services accessible. I particularly like the weekly e-mail schedules showing therapist availability.

Massages are great, atmosphere is great, and there are always appts available for the time you are looking for. There is also a variety is massage styles. Been going there for years and don't plan on changing.

I felt all tied up in knots so I went for the 90 minute massage. Aaaahhhh, how lovely it was. My experience was very pleasant and soothing. I was very comfortable, the room was clean, the soundtrack used was relaxing. Rick is very skilled and professional. I felt wonderful for days and slept like a baby as well for a couple of nights.

Missing paper reappears ...

"I couldn't find a very important paper.  After looking everywhere for hours, I gave up in despair and went to Healthy By Intention for my massage. 

20 minutes into the session, an image of where the paper was flew into my mind.

When I got home, there it was.  Phew.

Getting out of my own way is challenging.
