•Swedish Massage is what most people think of when they think of therapeutic massage. A combination of
pressure and gentle movement over and around the muscles creates a warm and relaxing feeling in the body.
It is our most popular style of massage.
•Deep Tissue Massage is often mistaken for a very vigorous, "hard" or firm massage. Actually, deep
tissue work is used to release chronic muscle tension through slower strokes and more direct pressure
or friction applied across the muscle grain. This technique effects the deepest layers of muscle in the body.
